Our policy provides for a 14-day deadline for returns. If 14 days have elapsed from the date of arrival, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We recommend to send some pictures of the item by email before the shipping.
For the purpose of return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

* Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or with parts missing due to causes unrelated to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

- Refunds (if applicable)

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that the item has been received.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method, within a certain number of days.


- Late or unpaid refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact the credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally registered.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times for registering a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a change to the same article, please email omegagloves1923@gmail.com and send the article to the following address:

It's so important to specify your first email address and your phone number.
Shipping costs for the return of the item will be borne by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country in which you live, the delivery time for the replacement product may vary.

If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a traceable shipping service or securing the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

In case of non-delivery of the package and possible return of it to Naples, we will return the product a second time with shipping costs to be paid by you.
